  • How long have you been a real estate agent?​

I got my license in 2004.

  • What is your specialty? (e.g., residential, income property, commercial, new construction)

We handle residential properties, income properties with less than four units and new-construction properties—but not commercial or rentals.

  • How many transactions have you closed in the past year? Would you please share your stats?

For 2023: 67 transactions. This year, we have already done 55.

COMMUNICATION AND AVAILABILITY

  • What is your preferred method of communication? (e.g., phone, email, text)

I use all three regularly and with intent. I love texts for quick things such as updates and availability—and texts will always include me, another agent and our operations manager. I like email for breaking down details and sharing plan and what to expect. Lastly, I prefer phone and Zoom to dig into strategy, process and brainstorming.
 

  • How quickly can I expect a response to my inquiries?

We definitely always respond within 24 hours, but I suspect our response time is typically minimum 2-4 hours and max 4-6 hours.
 

  • What are your working hours? And when are you not available?

We are completely available during normal business hours. We also work evenings and weekends and do not have any official days off or times, but given that we are juggling more in the evenings and on weekends, we always appreciate some grace during those times.
 

NEGOTIATION AND MARKET KNOWLEDGE

  • What is your negotiation style?

Analyzing data is very useful, no question, and it is a must. What gives us an even greater edge: the intangibles. Reading between the lines, asking the right questions and building relationships in the community all assist in getting our offer accepted. I find you get more from people when they like you (rather than have them feeling defensive), and I don’t need to make someone feel bad to get what I want.

  • What do you do that is different than others to get my offer accepted?

In packaging our offer, we prioritize all the details. That means making sure the offer is filled out flawlessly (for example, noting city reports when needed, whatever works to come across as a professional and expert). We always package the offer into one PDF to make things easy for the other party.
 

CLIENT SERVICE AND SUPPORT

  • What services do you offer beyond property showings?

We have a full list we can share of our comprehensive buyer services. Then, beyond the close of escrow, we are always here to assist in any way as needed.
 

  • How do you handle difficult situations or challenges during the home-buying process?

We are able to avoid 85% of issues by spotting them in advance via experience or insight. This allows us to be proactive in our actions, but when issues arise, we always seek out multiple solutions (and present them to you)—and then execute with our team of vendors or other relationships we have in our back pocket.
 

PERSONAL COMPATIBILITY

  • Do you have a team?

Yes, I have a team of one Operations Manager with two assistants--plus two other real-estate agents. They assist me in ensuring we are always on top of things for you. We work like a symphony around you – knowing your tempo for exactly when, who should and how to assist you. All members of the team work for me full-time to assist us in providing you the service and negotiation skillset you deserve.

  • How does your team operate?

We actually all know how to do each other’s jobs, but we all know our roles in the process so we are the most efficient for you and provide the best service and information. My Operations Manager has been with me for more than 14 years and the agents have been licensed for a combined 48 years. We know all the usual pieces to this puzzle, and we know how to pick up or follow up for each other to ensure every task is executed and we stay on course with your journey.
 

  • Who would I be working with, and what are their credentials?

You will be working with the entire team. The lead people will be me and the other agent—and then we will always have the admin staff behind us to make sure everything flows smoothly.
