My record speaks for itself. My client testimonials speak even more clearly. But here’s a little insight into what makes me tick, what has made me one of the Wall Street Journal's "The Thousand" (top 1,000 out of 1.4 million Realtors nationally), and what will make me a successful representative and advocate for you.

An agent’s ability to adapt and understand other people’s perspectives is invaluable. It is the only thing that ensures you will be treated in a way that works for you. I get that all people are different, everyone needing to be dealt with in unique styles that will result in their ultimate satisfaction. I believe my superior commitment to communicating, listening and advising then positions me best to accompany you through these frequently complicated processes. And just as critical in my skill set is this: Agents need to connect well with or know how to handle other agents in negotiations, where agreements go way beyond numbers and fundamentally remain about people doing a deal.

I received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis in both marketing and management. My first job was in business process consulting, working through problem-solving strategies directly with high-level executives at large retail companies. That strong corporate background laid the groundwork for me

in real estate in two core ways: It taught me how to cooperate with a vast array of people to accomplish goals together, and it gave me superior research, organizational and computer skills that keep me way ahead of the game today.
To accomplish all that, it requires the proper information, of course. That’s where my research skills come into play. I am unfailingly prepared for every meeting–and not just with the requisite reference materials, but with creative ideas and discoveries. Much of my work in the corporate world was gathering the most relevant data and streamlining it for ready comprehension. Simply put, I know how to get what you need, get it across and get the job done. Add in the vast experience of doing an array of different deals worth more than $600 million in combined sales, and you can rest assured that we've got it pretty well covered.
