QUESTIONS TO SELLER
I like how it's quiet and peaceful even though it's on a major street. There are a pair of doves that always hang out in our complex, perched on a metal railing as I go to get my mail. I love how I can walk to Ding Tea, 7 leaves, or Panera for my morning caffeine. I also love how there are a dozen restaurants all walking distance as well. I love how the house is spacious even though it's only two bedrooms. It's gated, so the kids can ride up and down the driveway with their bikes. There's also some grassy space for the kids to play within the complex and a park that we can walk to without crossing any major streets.
