• ​Removed shower door in primary bathroom.

• Removed the “wall,” vent, and cabinetry above the stove so the kitchen opens to the living space.

• Removed all the furnishings (table, couch and refrigerator in the living room - and dresser in the 2nd bedroom.)

• Fixed sliding door.

• Replaced primary bathroom toilet.

• Replaced 5 interior door knobs with new ones.

• Replaced the overflow drain in the hallway bathroom.

• Front door bolt and front door lock replace (not the screen security gate-- locksmiths needs to replace this, special kind)

• Replaced lights in both bathrooms.

• Replaced kitchen light fixture.

• Replaced the light bulb(s) to be matching in front of the stove.

• Replaced the stove top (will be provided).

• Installed smoke detectors in the bedrooms and smoke/carbon combo in the hallway.

• Installed white temp paper blinds in the two bedrooms.

• Reinstalled shower, tub and vanity hardware back.

• Fixed countertop to fit the new cooktop.

• Touched up paint in bedrooms and hallways.
