About Maggie Ding
I am not just any real-estate agent. I graduated from Texas A&M University with honors, receiving a bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis in both marketing and management. In addition, I have been buying and selling personal property for most of my adult life. I truly appreciate the financial benefits to home ownership.
I started off my career doing business process consulting, working through problem-solving strategies directly with high-level executives at large retail companies. My strong corporate background has laid the groundwork for me in real estate in two core ways: It taught me how to cooperate with a vast array of people to accomplish goals together, and it gave me superior research, organizational and computer skills that always keep me ahead of the game.
An agent’s ability to adapt and understand other people’s perspectives is invaluable. It is the only thing that ensures you will be dealt with in a way that works for you. I have the experience and ability to put myself in other people’s shoes and get how they operate. I pride myself in understanding that all people are different, everyone needing to be dealt with in unique manners before reaching ultimate satisfaction. I believe my superior commitment to communicating, listening and advising enables me best to accompany you through these frequently complicated processes. And it’s similarly critical, albeit often overlooked, for an agent to connect well with other agents in negotiations, where agreements go beyond numbers and fundamentally remain about people.
To do all that requires the proper information, of course. That’s where my research skills come into play. I am unfailingly prepared for every meeting – and not just with the requisite reference materials, with creative ideas and discoveries. Much of my work in the corporate world was gathering the most relevant data and streamlining it for easy comprehension. Simply put, I know how to get you what you need, get it across and get the job done.

Many agents view you as a “commission check,” whereas I view you as a client – someone I want to keep satisfied for the long haul. I am here not only to negotiate the buying and selling process, but to make sure the process goes smoothly and you understand what is happening every step of the way – from opening escrow to disclosures to termite evaluation to mortgage acquisition to after-care.
You are a client of mine beyond the close of escrow; I will always be here to serve you.
